A few weeks ago, we shared Robbie.E’s win sons Cash and Carter’s awesome rustic chic Napoli nursery. This week, we bring you another DOM Family Exclusive feature – a short interview and a small gallery of brilliant pictures showcasing the happy couple and the beautiful nursery.

What was your inspiration for the nursery design and décor?
We knew we were having twin boys and their names were going to be Cash and Carter. My wife wanted something rustic to align with the feel of their names. We had so much fun searching for the pieces that would fit in with our theme. It turned out exactly as we had imagined.

What drew you to évolur over other nursery brands?
Their pieces are classic, affordable, and still completely posh! We also loved that each piece will convert and grow with Cash and Carter, from baby, to toddler and beyond. That’s GENIUS!

Did the room pose any design challenges?
We live in a house on the water with many smaller sized bedrooms. It was important to us that the boys have a view of the water- this left one of our smaller bedrooms as an option. Being that we would need 2 cribs for the twins, we had to get really creative with the space. Thankfully, we were able to fit both cribs and 2 other functional, gorgeous pieces with ease.

Did you and your wife agree on style, or did you blend styles and how?
My wife, Tara, is really great with design. I’ve learned to let her take the lead. It worked out well!

What is your favorite piece or design element in the nursery?
I love the cribs in our nursery. They have a very strong presence. They are a perfect statement for the twins.

Are there any sentimental pieces you incorporated into the room?
Not really, we wanted to do something really different with this room and that meant all new things.

What one word comes to mind when you step into the nursery?
