A sweet pink and white nursery is the dream for many moms who want to create that perfect space for their little baby girl and celebrity mom Joanna Krupa’s version of it had us stop in our tracks. Done up in the softest pinks and paired with pristine white furniture, this pink and white nursery feels tender and inviting and just right for a princess – Princess Asha Leigh 💗
Mom Joanna picked the Aurora Nursery Collection, which includes the Aurora 5-in-1 Convertible Crib, the Aurora Double Dresser, and the Aurora Night Stand in Frost White, the perfect choice for a princess nursery (if we may say so ourselves!). By picking decor accents that matched the color scheme – baby pink and white – Joanna was able to bring to life her vision of a princess nursery that is simple yet classic.

What was your inspiration for the nursery design and décor?
I didn’t want her nursery to look over the top but simple yet classic and that when you step into her room you know it’s designed for a little princess :). A humble princess.
What drew you to Evolur over other nursery brands?
I was looking for nursery furniture that would match with a day bed that we already had previously bought for that room. When I saw this specific furniture by Evolur I thought it would match perfectly plus its exactly what I wanted for our little baby girl. Beauty but yet still subtle and not over the top and not too modern.
Did the room pose any design challenges?
The only challenge we had before we found the Evolur pieces was with the day bed. After I found the Evolur designs the only challenge I had that her room was not big enough to fit the armoire.
Did you and your spouse agree on style, or did you blend styles and how?
He trusted me to choose her furniture as I trusted him to paint her room the color he thought would be ideal for Asha-Leigh.
What does this color scheme mean to you?
I wanted to keep it simple with the furniture white and her walls light baby pink. I wanted it to feel angelic which she is.
What one word comes to mind when you step into the nursery?
I think it’s my favorite room in the house and I love to spend time with her there as it just feels like you are stepping into a little fairy tale.
Have you thought of how you will use the nursery pieces down the road?
The crib we have turns into a bed so will definitely keep it to when she gets older. That way she can keep the same furniture as she grows until she is old enough to tell us she wants a change 🙂
